SVQ in Built Environment Design Management at SCQF Level 9

Learners who have recently graduated from school, as well as those who are actively employed and seeking a formal qualification.
The SCQF Level 9 SVQ covers developing and advising on design recommendations, as well as preparing development team programmes. There are additional opportunities for exploring specific topics, such as preparing specifications and managing project building information modelling protocols.
Our assessor schedules the appointments with the candidate at times that work for both parties.
Since the SCQF Level 9 SVQ are candidate-led, they can be completed swiftly once the majority of the evidence has been acquired for the proposed evidence list, a copy of which we've provided. After the evidence is gathered (by email), the qualification can be completed quickly in two to three sessions, lasting a few hours each, as long as the candidate can set aside time for the professional follow-up discussion to go over all of the given evidence.
The follow-up professional discussion can be completed face-to-face or remotely.
1st visit – Induction, planning
2nd visit – discuss evidences, identify shortfall of evidences
3rd – visit – Discuss new evidences, cover shortfall in questions (if required) - completed

The majority of the Built Environment Design management qualification can be completed remotely. You can liaise with your assessor via email, phone call, or video call, and you can upload your supporting documentation online.
For your convenience, any units that require in-person completion will be arranged at your place of employment.
No prior qualifications or knowledge are required to pursue the SVQ at SCQF Level 9 Built Environment Design Management. Candidates should be in a placement or job role and level where they are performing relevant duties and responsibilities that will allow them to obtain the necessary evidence for their skills knowledge and abilities required in the area of work.
The SCQF Level 9 Scottish vocational qualification SVQ is assessed through a combination of on-site assessment, evidence gathering, and observation of the candidate's work. The assessment is carried out by a qualified assessor, who will work with the candidate to compile a portfolio of evidence for candidates to demonstrate competence in Built Environment Design management.
