Photographic ID Guidance

Any delegate who is undertaking an NVQ, Core Construction training, or Site Safety Plus course must provide a piece of photographic ID to the training provider/trainer.

Acceptable Photographic ID

This is a list of current acceptable photographic IDs that awarding organisations will accept from the delegate to confirm their identity.

Below is a list of current acceptable photographic IDs that awarding organisations will accept from the delegate to confirm their identity.

A valid UK-only driving licence with a photograph of the delegate must not be more than 6 months out of date.

Showing a photograph of the delegate – must not be more than 6 months out of date.

Showing a photograph of the delegate must not be more than 6 months out of date (if applicable) and refer to the delegate's present employer.

Showing a photograph of the delegate, as well as the year of study (e.g., 2018–2019 or the expiration date and name of the institution of study), must be no more than 6 months out of date.

Showing a photograph of the delegate and being no more than 6 months out of date.

Cards issued nationally in the UK by VALIDATE UK bear the PASS hologram and a photograph of the delegate.

Showing a photograph of the delegate and for an employee or former employee of the Armed Forces only (not a dependent or spouse) – must be no more than 6 months out of date.
