The Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operatives (CCDO) Card scheme is the Construction Skills Certification Schemes (CSCS) partner card scheme and carries the CSCS logo.

We offer onsite assessments nationwide for experienced demolition operators, supervisors, and managers from level 2 to level 6. These assessments help experienced demolition workers demonstrate existing skills, knowledge, and experience against nationally recognised standards.

Our Demolition NVQs tie into the Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operatives (CCDO) Card scheme, which allows employers and learners to apply for their CSCS cards. The CCDO card scheme is respected industry-wide, independently recognised, and endorsed.

The Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operatives (CCDO) is a qualification card under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. It helps to recognise that those working in demolition have the correct competence and knowledge to take on their roles on site.

A demolition topman is a role within the demolition industry that undertakes structural demolition tasks using appropriate tools.

This job role also links to the CCDO Demolition Topman Card.

In order to gain this card, candidates must complete the Level 3 Demolition Topman NVQ.

CITB Health, Safety & Environment

Each operation must have a valid relevant CITB Health, Safety and Environment test that was passed within the last 2 years.

IATP Asbestos Awareness

Each operative must have a in-date asbestos awareness certification. IATP Asbestos Awareness is recognised under the card scheme, which we are approved to deliver.
