This course is for clients, designers, principal designers, principal contractors, contractors, or workers who wish to maintain their knowledge and provide a refresher on CDM regulations and the importance of risk management within the construction industry.

Course Requirements
Delegates must have succesfully completed training to the CDM 2015 awareness standard or subsequent refresher 5 years prior to attending this refresher.

CDM 2015 Awareness RefresherCourse Aims

This course aims to provide an overview of the CDM Regulations 2015 and its history and to give delegates an understanding of what they are required to do by law under the regulations in their role. They will also learn the importance of integrating safety management into the planning and design stages of construction.

The purpose of training delivered against this standard is to provide candidates with an introduction to the CDM 2015 legislation. The legislation applies to domestic and commercial projects from concept to completion and details duty-holder roles and legal requirements.
