Our assessor schedules the appointments with the candidate at times that work for both parties.
Since the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Sub-Structure Work Occupations are candidate-led, they can be completed swiftly once the majority of the evidence has been acquired for the proposed evidence list, a copy of which we've provided. After the evidence is gathered (by email), the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Sub-Structure Work Occupations can be completed quickly in two to three sessions, lasting a few hours each, as long as the candidate can set aside time for the professional follow-up discussion to go over all of the given evidence.
The follow-up professional discussion can be completed face-to-face or remotely.
1st visit – Induction, planning
2nd visit – discuss evidences, identify shortfall of evidences
3rd – visit – Discuss new evidences, cover shortfall in questions (if required) - completed

The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Sub‑Structure Work Occupations is a vocational qualification for individuals working in construction roles that focus on sub‑structure work. It assesses your competence in practical sub‑structure tasks such as underpinning, excavation, dewatering, temporary works, ground anchors, and other related activities based on your performance in a real workplace environment.
This NVQ is designed for people employed in construction roles such as groundworkers, underpinning operatives, basement construction workers, dewatering operatives, grouting technicians, and other sub‑structure specialists who want formal recognition of their skills and competence.

There are no formal academic entry requirements for this qualification. You should, however, be employed in a relevant sub‑structure work role and have access to real workplace activities so you can demonstrate your practical skills and gather evidence for assessment.
Assessment is workplace‑based and involves observation of your performance on site by a qualified assessor, professional discussions, review of evidence such as work products or records, and other assessment methods that confirm your competence in the tasks you carry out in your everyday job.
