Yes, you can be eligible for the CSCS Black Skilled Workers card, as long as you have passed the CITB HS&E Test (managers and professionals test) within the previous 2 years of applying for the card or hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport and hold an IATP Manager Refresher Training Certificate within the previous 12 months. Please contact Workforce Skills Support for further CSCS experience, trainee card information, and other training requirements needed prior to making a card application.
