The Level 3 NVQ is a vocational qualification for individuals working in the construction industry who are responsible for monitoring and inspecting conditiona of property within and around projects.
This qualification is suitable for individuals who are working in construction and have experience preparing and inspecting conditions of prperty and dimensional accuracy.
This NVQ covers a range of skills and knowledge required for monitoring, inspecting and reporting on conditions of property, including health and safety, projects, communication, dimensional accuracy, and technical expertise in construction.
To enrol in the Level 3 NVQ Diploma, learners must have experience in monitoring, panning site inspections.
This qualification is assessed through a combination of on-the-job assessment and the submission of a portfolio of evidence demonstrating the learner's competence in a range of areas.
This level 3 NVQ can lead to a range of career opportunities in construction, including project management, site management, and senior site inspection roles.
Yes, you can be eligible for the CSCS Gold Supervisor card, as long as you have completed the Specialist Supervisory Health, safety and environment test within 2 years of applying for the card.

As a CITB Levy registered company, you can benefit from extra funding for a limited time from January through to the end of March to fully fund future skills.
This covers training such as Leadership and Management, Digital Skills, Net Zero and Green Skills. Training must be completed by the 31st March in order to qualify for full funding. This includes the following NVQ’s if they are enrolled before the end of March (NVQ's do not need to be completed by this date):
