Our assessor schedules the appointments with the candidate at times that work for both parties.
Since the Level 3 Diploma in Moving Loads in Construction are candidate-led, they can be completed swiftly once the majority of the evidence has been acquired for the proposed evidence list, a copy of which we've provided. After the evidence is gathered (by email), the Level 3 Diploma in Moving Loads in Construction can be completed quickly in two to three sessions, lasting a few hours each, as long as the candidate can set aside time for the professional follow-up discussion to go over all of the given evidence.
The follow-up professional discussion can be completed face-to-face or remotely.
1st visit – Induction, planning
2nd visit – discuss evidences, identify shortfall of evidences
3rd – visit – Discuss new evidences, cover shortfall in questions (if required) - completed

The Level 3 Diploma in Moving Loads in Construction is a vocational qualification for individuals working in the specialist field of moving, lifting, positioning, and controlling loads on construction sites. It covers planning and preparing loads, using lifting equipment safely, and coordinating load movement tasks based on your real work performance.
This NVQ is designed for workers involved in the movement and handling of loads in construction, such as crane operators, rigging supervisors, site managers, construction supervisors, and health & safety officers seeking formal recognition of their skills in load‑movement operations.

There are no formal academic entry requirements. You should be working in a role where you are regularly involved in moving, lifting, or positioning loads on construction sites so you can gather real workplace evidence of your competence for assessment.
Assessment is workplace‑based. A qualified assessor will visit your workplace and observe you carrying out tasks linked to load movement, review your portfolio of evidence (such as photos and job records), and hold professional discussions with you. You’ll demonstrate your competence in preparing, lifting, moving, and organising loads safely in line with national occupational standards.
No. This qualification is not recognised for CSCS Gold Skilled Worker card applications. It does not currently lead to automatic CSCS card eligibility, so if you need a CSCS card, you’ll need to discuss other NVQ options or card routes with Workforce Skills Support.
