There are 3 specialised pathways:
Pathway 1: Demolition (Top Man) Operative
Pathway 2: Demolition Chargehand

Yes, you can be eligible for the blue CCDO Advanced Demolition Operative (Topman) as long as you have completed the relevant Supervisor Health and Safety Test within 2 years of applying for the card. You must also hold a current asbestos awareness certificate (as a minimum). Other higher-level asbestos training will be accepted.
