Building Bridges: Community Partnerships and Collaborations

  Through our collaboration with Dragon Heart Homes, we transform lives through education by unlocking opportunities for the community while supporting the rehabilitation of day-release prisoners, offering them a chance at a brighter future. Read more
  
• Supporting Red Sky Charity
  Attending Barratts Homes 2024 Annual Awards allowed us to contribute to Red Sky Charity’s vital work, ensuring support for those in need. Read more
  
• Lincolnshire Group Training Event
  We helped support in partnership with Action For Construction a 3-day training event where students and schools attended. The event had 41 – 47 activity groups, each session supported by 54 companies.

  A special shoutout to Rubie, who successfully completed her apprenticeship with us last year! We’re thrilled to announce that she’s now our Business Development Coordinator. Doncaster Races
Of course, we also know how to have fun! Our team-building activity at the Doncaster Races was a highlight of 2024, where we all had a blast unwinding, bonding, and making memories together.

A Winter Wonderland to Remember

We celebrated our annual Christmas party in a magical Winter Wonderland-themed garden. The evening began with sparkling prosecco and enchanting piano melodies by our Marketing Manager, Reika. Guests enjoyed an acoustic performance by Mansfield singer-songwriter Wes Dolan, warming up with mulled wine and non-alcoholic options.

The Winter Wonderland Cocktail Bar quickly became the heart of the celebration, with the Japanese Slipper cocktail being the highlight, while the Secret Santa gift exchange added laughter and joy with a mix of thoughtful and humorous presents, bringing everyone together in true festive spirit.

It was a heartwarming celebration of the season and a wonderful way to reflect on a successful year together.
