barratts annual awards ceremony 2024

We were honoured to attend the Barratts Annual Awards ceremony last Friday, the 8th of November 2024, an event that combined celebration, recognition, and charity for a memorable night. Held in the heart of the North East, this gathering brought together over 280 industry professionals to celebrate the impressive achievements of Barratt’s North East division.

The night was all about recognising hard work, dedication, and passion. From experienced leaders to dedicated team members, the room was buzzing with pride as various awards were handed out. Subcontractors from across the region took the stage to be celebrated for their outstanding work, sharing the moment with their peers and enjoying the enthusiastic support of the crowd.

Our business development team from Workforce Skills Support was excited to be part of the festivities. We attended to show support for Barratt’s achievements and to contribute to the evening’s charitable cause. The event’s fundraising efforts were in aid of Red Sky Charity, Barratt’s chosen local charity known for its incredible work supporting families in need throughout the North East.

The night kicked off with a heartfelt video showcasing Red Sky’s mission and the essential support they provide. It was a touching reminder of the importance of community and compassion and set the tone for the evening’s fundraising activities. From raffles to a lively silent auction, attendees were all in, aiming to raise as much as possible for this great cause.

We left feeling inspired and proud to support the exceptional work of Barratt’s North East division and the vital efforts of Red Sky Charity.

It was a night enjoyed by everyone, full of unity and generosity that continues to motivate us as we look forward to more opportunities to make a positive impact.
