What are the requirements?
CITB Courses can now be taken remotely allowing for candidates to undertake training online by working with their tutor in an online meeting in the same way they would in a classroom setting. CITB has also introduced remote courses where candidates can take training courses on their own using online resources.
The Risk Assessments course is a classroom or remote course with practical group participation. This course can be adapted to suit the client's requirements. Training can be delivered on site using the client's training room or at a convenient, suitable location.
Absolutely. We offer nationwide in-house delivery for group bookings and can even help arrange a local venue if needed. Travel costs may apply depending on location.
This is a short, tutor-led session typically lasting half a working day (approx. 3 to 4 hours).

The purpose of the Risk Assessment course is to provide the candidate with the legal requirements under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations to ensure employers and self-employed persons carry out risk assessments for all work activities. The course will include writing risk assessments and identifying the hierarchy of control for risks in the workplace. This course can be delivered in a classroom environment or remotely.
The Risk Assessments course is suitable for anyone who may be required to carry out risk assessments, document their findings, and be able to identify suitable control measures to be implemented to reduce the risks will also be covered.
