We know that great teams are built by incredible individuals, and we want to help you recognise them!

Each month in 2025, to celebrate your team we’re inviting you to nominate a standout team member who deserves a special thank you.

How It Works:

• Nominate a colleague or team member who’s gone above and beyond.
• Let us know why they deserve to be celebrated!

Each month, we’ll select a winner to receive either a beautiful bouquet of flowers or a versatile multi-tool—a small token of appreciation to celebrate your team member for their hard work and contribution. The winner will also be featured in our next month’s newsletter!

Selected winners must be happy to be announced in our following newsletter (name and company name).

How to Participate:

Submit your nomination by the 2nd week of the month by contacting us or emailing [email protected].

Please include:

• The nominee’s name, job title, and work email
• A brief explanation of why they deserve to be celebrated

The winner will be contacted the following week. Let’s spread gratitude together and celebrate those who make our teams shine!
