Our assessor schedules the appointments with the candidate at times that work for both parties.
Since the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal are candidate-led, they can be completed swiftly once the majority of the evidence has been acquired for the proposed evidence list, a copy of which we've provided. After the evidence is gathered (by email), the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal can be completed quickly in two to three sessions, lasting a few hours each, as long as the candidate can set aside time for the professional follow-up discussion to go over all of the given evidence.
The follow-up professional discussion can be completed face-to-face or remotely.

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supervising Licensed Asbestos Removal is a vocational qualification for supervisors working in licensed asbestos removal within the construction sector. It formally recognises your ability to coordinate, organise and oversee the safe removal of licensed asbestos materials in a real workplace environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety and industry standards.
This NVQ is designed for experienced asbestos removal supervisors who are responsible for supervising teams, planning and managing licensed asbestos removal work, and ensuring that all activities meet regulatory and safety requirements. It is suitable for those already working in supervisory roles within licensed asbestos removal.

There are no formal academic requirements, but candidates should be working in a licensed asbestos removal supervisory role and have sufficient experience to generate real workplace evidence of competence. A prior relevant qualification (such as a Level 2 asbestos removal NVQ or equivalent experience) is recommended.
Assessment is workplace‑based and evidence‑driven. A qualified assessor will observe you supervising licensed asbestos removal work, review your portfolio of evidence (such as job records, method statements, and observations), and hold professional discussions. Assessment focuses on your real performance in tasks such as planning, organising, coordinating and maintaining health and safety practices on site.
Yes. On successful completion you can be eligible to apply for a Gold CSCS Asbestos Removal Supervisor card through the appropriate asbestos CSCS partner card scheme, provided you also meet the additional testing or training requirements such as the CITB HS&E Test (Supervisory) or equivalent supervisor training certificates.
