At Workforce Skills Support, we are passionate about celebrating the hardworking individuals who go above and beyond in their roles. That’s why we launched our Standout Employee Competition, to recognise and reward those who truly make a difference in their workplace.
We received a number of incredible nominations from employers eager to shine a light on their most dedicated team members. Each submission highlighted remarkable individuals who contribute significantly to their organisations, making our decision a challenging one. After much deliberation, we are delighted to announce our winner: Ellie from Safe Strip UK!
Ellie was nominated by her colleague, Kelly Atkinson, who shared glowing praise about her commitment and hard work. A key member of Safe Strip UK’s Sunderland Scheduling and Administrative team, Ellie is described as an absolute superstar.
Since joining the business in 2019 as a Business Administration Apprentice, Ellie has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, growing into an indispensable part of the team. Her role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations—whether it’s supporting on-site teams, managing job requests, scheduling work, or processing job completion paperwork, Ellie handles it all with expertise and efficiency.
However, what truly sets Ellie apart is her unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. She not only supports her colleagues internally but also ensures that both clients and their customers receive the highest level of care and professionalism. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude is truly commendable.
