- Ensure all assessments align with awarding body requirements and company policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners to aid their development.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in assessing Level 2 Construction NVQs.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support learners.
