The CSCS Green Labourer Card is an entry-level card for those working as labourers or those looking to enter the construction industry.

This card shows proof that candidates have the correct level of health and safety training and will allow them access to a construction site to carry out their work.

To get this card, candidates need to have an up-to-date CITB Health, Safety & Environment test and one of the following qualifications:

• RQF Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment
• SCQF Level 5 REHIS Elementary Health and Safety Certificate
• CITB Health & Safety Awareness Course
• A CSCS-approved alternate qualification; see here for the full list.

The CSCS Green Labourer Card is non-renewable; however, candidates can apply for a new labourer card when their current one expires if they meet the same requirements.
