Emergency First Aid At Work Course Information
This course is designed for individuals aged 16 or older who work in low-risk workplace environments such as offices, retail or hospitality settings and require a foundational workplace first aid qualification.
It is ideal for the person designated to provide emergency first aid in such environments.
Meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for “emergency first aid at work” in low-risk workplaces.

Required Documentation
Please bring the following documents with you:
- National Insurance Number
- Valid Photo ID – Acceptable forms include a Passport, Driving Licence, CSCS Card, etc.
▸ ID must be no more than 6 months expired.
▸ If you do not have a valid photo ID, or your ID is more than 6 months out of date, please complete the Photographic ID Guidance Form and return it to [email protected].
Under 18? A Parental Consent Form must be completed and returned to [email protected] before the course date. Without this, you will not be able to attend.
Learner Requirements/Support
- Please ensure you wear comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely. The course includes a number of physical, hands-on activities, such as practicing recovery positions and CPR on the floor. We recommend flat shoes
- If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or mobility issues that may affect your participation in practical elements, please inform the us in advance so appropriate adjustments can be made.
- Please make us aware of any allergies, particularly latex allergies, before the course begins. This will help us ensure suitable equipment (such as latex-free gloves) is available
- If you have any specific learning needs or require support (e.g., dyslexia & dyspraxia), please notify us in advance.
- All learners must be able to understand and speak English to attend this course.
