If a candidate has been granted a grant for a particular course in their lifetime, they will not be eligible for grant again for the same course unless it has specific refresher standards published on the short-duration course register.

If refresher course standards do exist for a particular course, then only one refresher course is eligible in a lifetime for each candidate.

This highly interactive practical and classroom-based abrasive wheels training course concludes with practical assessment and theory tests, demonstrating the candidate’s full understanding of the training.
Our abrasive wheels training course lasts 1 day, and all theory and practical training elements will be covered during this time. Training can be covered nationwide.
The assessment consists of a written theory test and a practical demonstration of skills. Participants must pass both components to receive certification.
There are no formal prerequisites, but participants should have a basic understanding of health and safety practices in their workplace.
NPORS Operator Card or In-House Certification.

Please note that the maximum number of candidates per Abrasive Wheels training course is 6–10 (depending on Accreditation)
