Before working with us, what was the situation with CITB funding?

We didn’t use our CITB allowance  fully and found the levels of funding varied hugely company to company, Workforce always knew we were keen to keep our NVQ funding as cost neutral as possible and often managed to achieve this.

What did we help you put in place?

A simplified, supported funding application process for our installer’s required NVQ’s.

What difference has that made?

The main difference is the cost, NVQ’s can be an expensive outlay for small business’s like ourselves so every penny saved always makes a big impact on our training budget.

Roughly what level of cost saving or funding has this led to?

£5,000 – £10,000 per annum, maybe more.
