Over the past couple of weeks, we have talked you through the CITB Site Safety Plus Learner Journey and how each course can benefit you and your employees/colleagues, as well as showing you the progression for each CITB Site Safety Plus Course. Now we would like to introduce you to our Online Booking System
Workforce Skills Support has recognised that the construction world is a fast-paced industry and we wanted to ensure that we are always working efficiently for our clients and moving with the times. So, with that in mind, we have introduced our online booking system that helps our clients book their required courses faster, obtain the most updated information and can review upcoming courses up to a year in advance, to help plan training schedules.
For those who would like to enquire further information about one of our courses, our helpful team is available from Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 to talk you through the process and help with any enquiries that you may have, via telephone, email or even live chat. With the team’s knowledge and exceptional (if we do say so ourselves) customer service, you will always be in good hands.
From assisting with the CITB grant, guiding our clients with the requirements for the courses and finally supporting them with the progression path for each course if needed.
