Just a short time ago, we featured Phoebe in an article Learning At Work Week highlighting her promising journey as an apprentice at Workforce Skills Support. At the time, she was immersed in learning, developing her skills, and gaining hands-on experience within our sales team. Today, we are thrilled to share an exciting update – Phoebe has successfully completed her apprenticeship and has officially joined us in a permanent role!

Phoebe recently completed her Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service and has now moved into the role of Business Development Coordinator. Reflecting on her experience, she shared:

“I found that my apprenticeship was a good balance of college work and developing my knowledge on business and customer service whilst also getting on-the-job experience and the opportunity to progress.
Since the beginning of my apprenticeship, my confidence has grown a lot, along with my knowledge. I now feel confident handling all enquiries, and rejections are not as daunting. There have also been lots of exciting events, such as the Barratt Homes charity event and the races, which I have really enjoyed. Overall, I am very happy with my apprenticeship and excited to progress in my new role.”

– Phoebe

Throughout her apprenticeship journey, Phoebe demonstrated remarkable dedication, a strong work ethic, and a keen ability to adapt and grow. She took on challenges with enthusiasm, contributed fresh ideas, and consistently went above and beyond expectations. Her commitment to learning and professional development made her an invaluable part of our team even before her apprenticeship ended.

In her new role as Business Development Coordinator, Phoebe will take on expanded responsibilities, building upon the strong foundation she developed during her apprenticeship. She will be working closely with the team on business development and telesales, further honing her expertise, and contributing to the continued success of Workforce Skills Support.

“We are incredibly proud of Phoebe and all that she has achieved. From day one, she has shown initiative, resilience, and a true passion for her work. Her transition from apprentice to full-time team member is well deserved, and we look forward to seeing her continue to thrive.”

– Alan, Sales Manager
