When can you apply for the CITB Leadership Fund?
The fund opened on 01 December 2022. The deadline for applications is 31 May 2023.
The funding must be utilised within 18 months from the start date of the funding agreement.
If your application is successful, once the funding agreement has been signed, your funded activity can start.

Who can apply for CITB Management funding?
You can apply if:
you are a CITB-registered employer
you have more than 250 directly employed staff on the payroll declared on 2022 levy return
If your project is a collaboration of large employers, or also supports businesses in the supply chain, you will need to identify a lead employer. This must be a large employer who meets the above criteria.

How much can you apply for?
You can apply for up to £50,000. This will contribute towards costs associated with the leadership development programme.

As a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO), we are recognised by the CITB as well as the British Construction Industry as a training provider who can deliver good quality training that meets the industry approved standards.
We are part of the CITB’s automated grant payments system, making it easier for clients to book approved courses with us for their workforce and be reimbursed for it.
The majority of the courses we deliver are CITB Approved under the short duration grant scheme.
